What do they call corn dogs in Australia?

Corn dogs... or some brands say Coney Island Dogs. If you get a hotdog dipped in batter and deep fried at a fish and chips shop, you're allowed to ask for a dick in batter. Most shop owners will just do it without asking a single question.
