The thing abotu bread in PT is the flour is not the same as in the US. It is lower in gleuten. Not gluten free, but I convince myself it's OK because it's not as bad.

I felt the same here. "junk" food in the US was a lot more damaging to the body than here

I hardly ever have heartburn here, but over there, every time I had pizza that wasn't made from scratch, I had it.

And that's because my ex-wife used to buy Brazilian flour instead of the American brands.

I will do stretches and take it wasy if I have to live with a numb foot oh well no operation for me

I wouldn't do surgery either. But some adjustments with the chiropractor might help. You should also know if you have a slipped disk or not.
