I was doing 40 on a small street, a woman on her phone with a large dog at the end of an extended leash doing his thing ( poo ) in the grass about a foot from the curb, the Dog bolts and yanks the lady to the ground very very hard she was like in her 50's the dog jumped in my path on the road so so fast no time to react other than to go straight or swerve into traffic, I hit him dead center T-bone my bike almost stopped I kept going .... the lady grabbed her large dog and split didn't even ask if I was okay sparawled out there .... ffs
