I in no way check my phone that much. Everybody always gets after me because I check my messages maybe three or four times a day and my phone is almost always on silent mode.

I do admit sometimes I get into a texting back and forth with someone and it can go on for half an hour or more. Also, I do check it more often when I go out because I try to do 5000 steps a day. Just check the numbers, nothing else.
