Nobody? I'm shocked.

..anyway, just returned from getting Flu shot. Did that for the first time last year and got quite achy flu-like
within 6 hrs - had to put myself in bed over it. Hoping it isn't so severe this time.
. If you don't hear from me for a couple, it's probably just that.

I got my shot in September and didn't experience any adverse symptoms at all. Maybe sleeping it off will help.

I had a reaction last year that included body aches like those experiences with the Flu - no other symptoms.
And it was severe for maybe 24 hrs then tailed off over two additional days.

I've never had an adverse reaction to any vaccine in my entire life. Not once has my immune system reacted. Lucky I guess.

Nothing so far. I'm just anticipating a bit because of last year's.

Maybe nothing this time. Another hour or so was the timing of the last.
..are you worried for me, Lotus?

Take 800 mgs of Motrin, go lay down and stop whining.

Be grateful you feel sick, that means it worked. Your immune system is just excited.

Did you like it?

I don't think I did, but now I might appreciate it more. I was standing all day at work then, and didn't really feel the need to kind of half stand at the hme desk. Now I walk a lot and do yoga, but the rest of the time I am sitting on a couch, an armchair, a restaurant chair, etc. LOL.

Me too.
So I'm on my way to the appointment today and in my haste (a thing only a true East Coaster can appreciate) I strain my back. If you ever have that problem.......
Boubon.......Just sayin.

I hate schedules. You see - I suspect we are placed where we need be to learn what we don't know.
I am naturally on Moroccan time, but am asked to learn this infernal NE time.
