Eat a Lotta lean fresh fish and non fatty seafood & vegetables.

Cut out the meat. Meat is very fattening.

So are oily foods and artificial sugar. So no deep fried foods.

You can eat sweet things but from natural sweetness only like juices honey.

Key to weight loss is flushing out the fat first. Almonds are a good fat flusher.

Isn't Brazil where acai berries are from?

Those are good for weight loss.

Acai liquid or berry extract. Put em in smoothies. I used that before when I was trying to lose weight & it worked.

Then exercise for a few hours like walk or go to gym. Swim lengths in a pool. That should get your metabolism going burn the fat off.

You may not see any results for 3 to 6 months but gradually it'll start to come off.

You got all the advantages conducive to weight loss in Brazil that we don't in Canada. Nice weather, fresh fruit vegetables all year round. Acai berries Rancid.

Adopt a leaner fat free diet with some casual exercise and I'd bet you see results and the weight would come off.

Make an appointment with a certified licensed dietician and they'd set you on the right track.
