Can someone on the Left here dare explain where in our Constitution a Federal District Court is accorded standing to countermand the directives of the Executive Branch?
I'll save you the time of asking your betters. Federal District Courts are not mentioned in the Constitution and are the creation of Congress. What we are witnessing in real time with all these lawsuits in specific Federal District Courts is historic and unprecedented in our history. It is called "usurpation." The seizing of powers and authorities not granted to these Courts by either the Constitution nor the Congress which created these Courts.
None of this will end well.
