Every day in the morning I take 1500mg of lysine with ginseng, licorice, echinacea, propolis and vitamin C. I take a 50mg b-complex, 500mg of organic germanium, 10,000 IU of vitamin D, 200 mg of Ubiquinol (active form of Q-10) 500 mg of Ester-C and 200mcg of Chromium along with a tablespoon of black seed oil (extract of cumin)

I also do cardio 4x a week for 45 mins at 138 heart rate and strength training 2x a week for an hour.

In the spring and summer I e-bike 2 hours a day (25 miles) 3x a week and in winter I xc ski 3x a week for an hour weather permitting.

Interesting. I take food-based C and CoQ-10. I don't take chromium. Never even read up on germanium. I occasionally take propolis and echinacea. Sometimes drink licorice tea. I only walk around the castle forest , which is hilly, and do yoga. I need to do more exercise.
