A Covid thread? Reallyz? Anyone who got the jab is a dumbass motherfucker. I might have gotten the Covid twice since 2020. I got the sniffles for a few days and then got better. Never got tested. How the fuck can you actually say that? No, fuckwit. I got Covid, felt too shitty to get out of bed for awhile, and continued to feel shitty for a very, very long time in some specific areas, then got the jab, you absolute mental midget. I'm not saying it's impossible the jab had some side effects. Almost all of that sort of thing comes with a price. But I already had the long covid. I know this for a fact about myself, and you know nothing at all about it. Nothing.

No one ever got sick from being around me. I think I'm immune because I get microdosed daily where I work, and also may be naturally immune anyway and I have a very strong antiviral pro immune nutrient regime. With a background in clinical nutrition and herbal pharmacology and the supplements and herbs i take daily I haven't had so much as a sniffle since 2017

I have a terrible immune system and have been dosing myself for years in an effort to protect myself. Currently I take probiotics, curcumin, fish oil, resveratrol, D3 & K, eat a lot of mushrooms, cook with turmeric, eat a lot of leafy greens, do intermittent fasting, etc.
I'd be interested to hear some of the things you do.
I work in retail and probably 30 to 50 people come in the store every day. I figure I get microdosed 2 to 3 times every day. I
ve been working like that since the day lockdown stopped (about three and a half years now) so with the two main doses of moderna, 2 boosters, masking, social distancing etc.....
Every day in the morning I take 1500mg of lysine with ginseng, licorice, echinacea, propolis and vitamin C. I take a 50mg b-complex, 500mg of organic germanium, 10,000 IU of vitamin D, 200 mg of Ubiquinol (active form of Q-10) 500 mg of Ester-C and 200mcg of Chromium along with a tablespoon of black seed oil (extract of cumin)
I also do cardio 4x a week for 45 mins at 138 heart rate and strength training 2x a week for an hour.
In the spring and summer I e-bike 2 hours a day (25 miles) 3x a week and in winter I xc ski 3x a week for an hour weather permitting.

Interesting. I take food-based C and CoQ-10. I don't take chromium. Never even read up on germanium. I occasionally take propolis and echinacea. Sometimes drink licorice tea. I only walk around the castle forest , which is hilly, and do yoga. I need to do more exercise.
Ubiquinol is the active form of q-10 and is about twice as bio-active. Organic Germanium (or ge-132) is one of the most potent anti-cancer anti-tumor substances out there. I also take DMG and MSM if I'm about to do heavy exercise or have injured myself.

I agree that it's not a precise measure of time, but when you're sick as fuck, 3 weeks can be a "very, very, long time". It's all relative, isn't it?
Like some might say only senile people watch "Wheel of Fortune". At least I would. But is that true? Maybe it's stupid people too.
