I started taking beef liver supplements that are supposed to help. I do pilates every morning and I run a few miles a few times a week.
Not sure what else I can do or even have time to do. I thought about trying this military calisthenics app.....what i DONT want to be too lean/hard bodied. I was constantly fighting that when I was a dancer. I was VERY lean/toned and flexible.
I like to have SOME squish to me lol

Long story short Therapeutic Yoga got rid of my Sciatica close to 30 years ago and it hasn't returned. I look kindly on Yoga a way most men dont.

I was okay mostly but when it flared up it was miserable. You cant do anything. You cant sit, stand, lay down.....nothing helps.
And the surgery for it maybe won't work and is likely to make it worse.
So happy yoga handled it. I havent had any issues in like 15 years. (I had sciatica from pregnancy and birth)

I rate women on looks but mostly on their weight and how witch like they look after 30 or more years of applying toxic products to their skins.
IF they still look decent, then I rate them on wisdom, logic, and a sense of humour.... which pretty much rules most women out of any age.
...but there are exceptions. Flea and Dove are wicked funny, witty, and hot..... nothing like Locustbug, Fat Lily, or Fredericka.
