Ive been eating okay. I've been taking all my regular vitamins but I added more C, some zinc (which makes me SO sick to my stomach if I dont eat with it) and elderberry.

I ate mashed up avocado with hemp hearts, olive oil and some sea salt LOL. It was easy, it worked, its got healthy fats. My man is gonna make steaks tomorrow and im looking forward to that. Ive been just snacking and grazing....nuts and crackers and cheese.

I got in the shower this morning and just sat in the water...I used a eucalyptus shower steamer that disappointed me. It did absolutely nothing. I so hoped it would be a nice eucalyptusy steam but...nothing. BUT the shower was amazing. It helped a lot.

I got swine flu near the start of the epidemic and the only thing which worked was sitting on a plastic deck chair in a large walk in shower with on demand gas powered hot water, and alternating between hot/cold and trying to lift my feet off the floor whether I was shitting or puking or both. I can't remember now if it was a 5 days or 10 days, but I eventually came good...


BUT NOT BEFORE LOSING 25 POUNDS ALMOST OVERNIGHT.

I felt so much better today. Ive been sick for about a week. Started recovering the past few days. I did my work outs this morning and thought ......hey, why dont i walk to my eye app today? Its beautiful day. And my eye doctor is 2 miles. Easy walk for me (I'll run about 4 miles at least once a week)

So i get up there 15 minutes before my 2:30 app and the building is empty. I dont mean closed.....I mean cleared out empty. Its gone. I call them up and ask...."im here. But the business isn't. What happened" ans the guy starts apologizing and says they moved last year and didn't realize I haven't been to the new location. They moved actually CLOSER to my house a mile in the opposite direction.

Had a drove i could have just hopped in the car and got there. But no....I walked. So im just fucked. Now I have to wait until Friday lol. Tomorrow. Its my fault for sure because they probably sent emails or a text to all their patients notifying us and I probably didn't even look because im an asshole lol.

I needed to get out and move. Ive been sedentary for like a week.

Steaks were amazing. We get these good, tender thick ones from the local butcher. Best steaks ever.

Thankfully I did not lose smell and taste. When covid first hit us and it was scary and going around, that first wave, I DID have a week where I couldn't smell or taste anything. But I had NO other symptoms. I was totally fine expect i couldn't smell or taste anything. Everything was like eating wet cardboard. It was so weird. The whole time I was just waiting for the rest to hit me.....thankfully it never did. That was all I experienced.

I was surprised this was covid. I thought I was getting the flu. Ive been a paranoid wreck because my man has MS and his medication lowers his immune system. So I've been sleeping separate and trying to keep him away from me. He had pneumonia a year ago and spent 5 days in the hospital. He recovered beautifully but I was absolutely terrified the entire time.

Today, I shall work from home, deep clean this gnarly house i haven't cleaned in a week and half, and do the laundry. Big day lol.

And yeah dont even waste the money on those shower steamers. I even bought the "expensive" ones and all it did was crumble like a bath bomb and made my feet kind of smell like eucalyptus. Maybe I'll try it again (may as well i have a whole box) and set it further to the side but I dont have my hopes up. I take HOT showers too. All women do. We like our skin being boiled off lol.
