Geriatrics and a business council of karens pretty much did everything in their power from stopping a walmnart from coming to the town, and then people are baffled why people are going out of town to shop or why businesses are building 50 km down the road in a business-friendly environment at 40% less cost to build(a hint as to why there is a housing crisis on regulation-happy leftist shitholes).
