I know a celt, I call her "Celt", who honours The Morrigan and others...
Unusual but pleasant, if not a bit homicidal.

Jack Mcllhargey embodied the spirit of the Fighting Irish:

...couldn't shoot, couldn't pass, couldn't skate all that well, but could Battlin' Jack ever FIGHT!

I love the harp ♡

Grandma used to play it. And piano. Her and my great aunt used to speak to eachother in Gaelic when they wanted to be secretive, and the called it their "sister language" lol

That's interesting.

I guess back then, they allowed the immigrants and their children to hold onto their culture a bit longer.
Or else there was a stronger tie to the Homeland.
This was similar in Canada.
Immigrant cultures didn't mix that much, stuck together and hence, the old culture maintained itself longer.
