Its also known that much of the funding goes to programs that are mandated as far as infrastructure improvements and maintenance.

It’s also known that federal funding statistics include Social Security and healthcare that people have contributed via direct contribution or taxes their entire life. SS is not welfare, but accounts for most of the funding included. Did you notice that?……No, you didn’t.

Did you notice the reference to the things that the bill funded………things federally mandated……..or for basic safety……….no, you did not.

.. I'm sorry, but I have checked this morning 10 sources all of which confirm that red states (collectively) benefit most greatly from federal aid. The top 5 (at least, 8 of 10) taker states are red states. That is on a tax dollar in, dollar out scale. At the top of the reverse are yer blue states. These are just facts. No one is manipulating anything, or rooting this way or that. It's just cold objective fact.
