Under Obama there were less black people that were unhappy. He was doing good for the people. The economy was rising, jobs were being created. The man had plans to make America better!

Now Trump is fucking up the US and that had bad effects on people. A lot of poor people are disgruntled and in the group of poor people the majority had some kind of skin colour.
Then the Corona outbreak came, that fucked up the economy even further. Donald Trump had a big impact here by not doing anything (yes, his absence of action). Even more disgruntled people due to this.
Then George Floyd was killed by a white policeman. This is no exception, because every day or every few days white policemen kill black people. In the heat of the Corona pandemy that was also having more victims in the neighborhoods where poor people live, this broke few people that started to protest. And this made the whole racism discussion very very on-topic.
And with every on-topic subject, there are some people that overreact.
Because if you ask me, pancakes are not racist.
