There is a lil hole in the wall place here, been here for decades, only burger joint in town open all night long. They have a burger with egg on it. Its what made me think of the egg. Damn good burger, with relish on it.

In the past they used to put always boxed patties, but now there's big business in the craft burgers
With the pandemic they became even more common, food delivery became huge business here
I like the "samplers" usually 3 or 4 smaller burgers
