So lately I've started taking melatonin to try to get my sleep re-normalized. I've noticed that since then I've been having truly bizarre and extremely vivid/realistic (at the sensory level) dreams. I thought the melatonin was causing it, but it turns out only indirectly so. I've been experiencing what sleep specialists refer to as "REM rebound", where the better quality of sleep means you dream longer and "better"(?)

It's a little disturbing, which makes it fun.
if u develop a tolerance try benedryl

Benadryl makes me fall asleep but only for a couple of hours and I'm back awake.

Why do people hate spiders? That bothers me...
I like them, I don’t kill them if they’re in the house, I just don’t like them on me, if they sat still or walked slowly up your arm it would be ok but they do that warp factor fast running and that freaks me out a bit.

They've been villianized in our culture, same with snakes and wolves.
The poodle fucks with snakes when he finds them. I suspect he'd like to play with wolves, but they'd only see an easy, if small meal.

Some individual spiders can be aggressive but they’re more likely to want nothing to do with us and hide...
Definitely. A good example is that "giant" camel spider in Iraq. When that misleading pic went viral the rumour was that they come charging at you at night while making a little scream lol. Poor guys suffered many a GI's boot because of it.
