So I been having issues with my USB port on my Pioneer radio in the Jeep. Doesnt like to play a USB thumb drive in this cold weather. So I was searching on what it could be. Came across a post on a Chevy Malibu forum, and saw where TheGrimm had made a thread about it. Made me wonder if it was the REAL Grimm lol. Never pictured Grimm driving a Malibu lol.

My truck USB is for shit lately since it's below freezing. Kind of like the "low tire pressure" message, I think the contacts on the dongle are shrunk and loose.

I dont think its the actual USB, but I dont know. I can take it inside and it works fine. I can take the stereo face plate and USB inside at night, warm up the Jeep in the morning, and still does it. Late in the day, works fine. I've even tried cleaning the USB contacts on both devices. Havent cleaned the face plate contacts though.
