Here is article on how to know if you are in a cult.
I'm gonna break down point by point examples that apply to these left wing workers.
1. The leader is the ultimate authority
If you’re not allowed to criticize your leader, even if the criticism is true, you’re probably in a cult. <--- there is no one "ultimate leader" in the leftwing cult. But the doctrine and the ones who spew it never get criticism.
Like the founders of BLM. Many prominent leaders of BLM who have been busted for child porn, et. Leftwing Democrats never receive criticism and if someone DOES come out criticizing left wing politicians too hard or their "movement".....the other leftists immediate start beating that person down. Flinging accusations at them and telling them they may as well put on a maga hat. Anyone who criticizes the left in general is labeled and verbally abused as a racist, a homophobe, a transphobe, a terf, accused of following white supremacists....et.
2. The group suppresses skepticism
If you’re only allowed to study your organization through approved sources, you’re probably in a cult.<------ if bias leftwing sources dont say it? It's right wing lies and propaganda. They dismiss any sources that are not left wing approved. They dont question any of the propaganda they are fed.... they just run with shit and ignore any evidence or correction.
Like the "Trump called Mexicans rapists" or "Trump said white supremacists were good people".....no matter many times they are shown this is flat out bullshit propaganda, they refuse to concede and just continue repeating it like programmed robots who love their lies and hatred.
Any other sources that may contradict their left wing ones are "far right" propaganda and nothing in those sources should be read or considered. It's wrong BECAUSE their left wing sources are always correct.....and we are duped because they said so.
Like antifa doesnt exist, or is just an idea. But then antifa (who is just an idea) are people fighting facists.....anti fascist. And we know this because they said so, and anything saying otherwise is a lie. Only approved left wing sources are correct. They wont even LOOK at anything else. There is no critical thinking and looking at other info.
It's like how North Koreans really believe their leader is starving with them, even though they see his fat pics. They know he is starving because he says so, and only his words are approved.
3. The group delegitimizes former members
You really see this with how they treat conservative black and gay people and people who walked away. Black people who stopped supporting them or maybe never did are delegitimized as having internalized racism, are house n*ggers....uncle Tom's, race traitors.
Any speakers that were left and come out speaking out about left cult are immediately labeled "grifters" who are "duping" Trump supporters and just doing it for money. We see this ALL the time. You NEVER see them address any points made .....they rush in to smear and invalidate the one speaking out(Rose McGowan, David Ruban are more well known ones) and you see the disgusting behaviour towards Candice Owen's.
4. The group is paranoid about the outside world
If your group insists the end of the world is near, you’re probably in a cult. <------white supremacists are everywhere. Right wing terrorism is everywhere(regardless that all we see is left wing violence). Trump supporters tried an armed insurrection. Republicans are attacking your human and civil rights. If we dont enact expensive policies that probably wont work and do harm....climate change will destroy the world. Russians tried to subvert the country through Trump. Police are hunting down black people to murder them. Anyone who disagrees with them is an alt right racist. Et. Do what democrats say or you are murdering people with Covid.
They NEVER use facts and have rational dialog about anything. It's always emotional manipulation using fear. Always.
5. The group relies on shame cycles
If you need your group in order to feel worthy, loved, or sufficient, you’re probably in a cult.<---- if you dont support them you are supporting racism. You are a bigot. You hate people. If you are black or gay that other side HATES you, we love you and fighting you. They oppressed you and we will liberate you. You need us. And if you dont....you have internalized racism, or you are a race traitor. You are a shameful sell out.
SJW are a cult that says your whiteness is oppressing black people just by existing and we all must repent of our whiteness and be anti racists. Oh....and vote left....or else we just hate everyone.
6. The leader is above the law
If you’re held to a different moral standard, specifically in regard to sex, you’re probably in a cult.<------ violence against "nazis" is perfectly acceptable. Rioting and destroying peoples property is acceptable. Physically attacking innocent people is acceptable. It's all blow back.
But people defending themselves is not acceptable.
It was okay for a BLM thug to cross state lines with an illegal fire arm as a felon. And it was okay for him to brandish that weapon on Kyle....but it wasnt okay for Kyle to defend himself.
Their cult is above the law and entitled to destroy, assault, murder and loot.
7. The group uses “thought reform” methods
If your serious questions are answered with cliches, you’re probably in a cult.
Indoctrination or “brainwashing” is the process through which a cult slowly breaks down a person’s sense of identity and ability to think rationally. Behaviors like excessive fasting, prayer, hypnosis, scripture reading, chanting, meditation, or drug usage can all be used to increase a person’s vulnerability to the leader’s suggestions.
The hallmark of indoctrination is the use of thought-terminating cliches. Platitudes like “follow the leader” or “doubt your doubts” are regurgitated over and over so that members don’t have to critically analyze complex issues.
I just kept the part from the article. The left RUNS on slogans and bumper sticker platitudes that squash thought. "Black lives Matter!"
8. The group is elitist
If your group is the solution for all the world’s problems, you’re probably in a cult.
Cults see themselves as the enlightened, chosen, and elect organization tasked with radically transforming individual lives and the entire world.
This elitism creates greater sense of group unity and responsibility centered on a united purpose. However, this sense of responsibility is often manipulated by cult leaders who coerce members into risky financial behavior, sexual favors, free manual labor, or heightened recruitment efforts in order to “further the cause.”
Yep. Remember guys....they are way smarter, more open minded, more informed and educated than us peasent bigots. They and they alone have all the right answers to all our problems and if we disagree, it's because there is something wrong with US.
