if you get a discount, proper protocol is to tip on the full amount.

Then again I don't drink much so any more than that and hopefully I'm not the designated driver.
at restaurant prices one glass is enough...as you see from the $$$ the half carafe is much more expensive than a bottle or two from the store.
And yes, the DD should only have one anyway.
