When you say underage, what age are we talking? Because there is a difference in age of consent laws between the US and the UK, which are 18 and 16 respectively and it means some Americans regard a 16 or a 17 year old having sex with someone older to be on par with paedophillia.

That said, it would certainly be in bad taste for someone in their 50's to be flirting with and pursuing a 16 or a 17 year old in a sexual manner, but not illegal, at least not in most European countries and Bricktop is originally from England.
