'Reeks, do not hump my leg.

A toastie is a sandwich.
Don't make me get into trouble posting here, toasties and sandwiches are different, just accept it. Jesus, I said it looked nice, I gave you a compliment god dammit. If you were out in the wilds it would make a hell of a difference. You're pampered

Cashew pesto.

It wasn't fully blended yet but here is a picture.

I always have a jar of this made....because it's really fucking good. I always keep a jar of homemade hummus as well.

All this is is cashews, fresh basil, lemon juice, grated parmesian, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Oh and garlic.

Anyway we are tossing this in pasta tonight and having it with grilled chicken. And ill probably make avocado salad.

Well last night I had Chicken biryani and lamb vindaloo, so I also had it for breakfast after putting it in the ding machine.

So tonight just had a mini pizza with pepperoni added.

My wife and I both went out for dinner to a roadhouse restaurant.

That little container of hot sauce on the side is a special mix from a local restaurant. It is tasty, but very very very very hot. It has to be used sparingly.

We had butter chicken with basmati rice, and a vegetable samosa.

This is my wife's plate....

I like condiments, so I added some (Indian) pickle and a tamarind chutney.

And I had jalebi for dessert.

This was fantastic when we had it for school dinners years ago, problem is so many are poor quality these days.

This used to be my go to with chips, mushy peas and tons of Ketchup.

Quiche is actually a lot easier to make than most people think. This one we picked up at Trader Joe's. It was pretty good.
