A pro-Israel walk in Boulder, Colorado — part of the global “Run For Their Lives” campaign to demand the release of hostages held by Ham*s — was violently attacked today when Molotov cocktails were thrown at peaceful demonstrators, including children.
Authorities have identified Mohamad Soliman as the suspect. Soliman allegedly disguised himself as a landscaper before launching the firebombs at the crowd gathered on Pearl Street, leaving multiple people injured, including several children who suffered burns. He is seen shouting something “How many children have you killed” and “End Zionists” and “Palestine will be free.”
This attack comes just a week after a man opened fire outside a Jewish museum in Washington, D.C., while screaming “Free Palestine.”.
A common theme is emerging: both attacks came on the heels of widely circulated fake news. The D.C. shooter reportedly acted after online claims that Israel was about to kill 14,000 babies — a baseless blood libel. The Boulder attack followed similar disinformation, falsely accusing Israel of killing 31 people in a food line — a claim later debunked by CCTV footage showing jihadi terrorists firing on civilians near stolen aid trucks.
These escalating attacks are what extremists mean when they chant “Globalize the Intifada.” It’s not just rhetoric — it’s violence targeting Jews and their allies around the world.
Federal and local authorities are investigating both incidents as possible acts of terrorism.
