Shamp my honest brother. I used to smoke cigarettes back in the day. Mostly to stress at work I remember. For 8 years I guess. I loved menthol MArlboro like Scouse. I used to smoke Shisha too.

In 2015 I woke with a heavy flu. I coughed very hard. Though I will die. Thats where I decided to quit totally and started boxing. I went to friend of mine. A true savage. Paid him 6 months in advance ! If I quit I would be a sissy and lost money. If I win I gain health. Turned out I stayed there for 5,5 years. Changed my life and lost weight. Gained self esteem.

Also, I am little bit of a narcissist! Smoking is not good! It fucks up your mind and body. Also, I see smoking and doing drugs is for losers. I say no to things that make me a slave! So I said no to drugs and cigs. Just my 2 cent. I would never say to anyone to stop drugs or smokes. Just it is not my lifestyle.

No critique to anyone that does this. When I smoked, I knew it is beta. But I had fun! Best cigarette was the first in the morning, brother. I opened up my balcony and turnt on the cigarette. It was amazing! I learnt, that the first cigarette has a huge impact, since it closed the blood vessels in the brain for 1,5 second. You get “high”. The, after several smoke, the effect declines.

But mostly, deep inside, I hate being a slave or an addict to someone (women/people) or things. I like enjoying and then leaving! Same with cigarettes! If anyone would critique me, I would say “it is my choice! I know it is bad! But I am in charge here!”

Agree man, I enjoy taking drugs now and again and since I've started taking the stuff to stop me swallowing pain killers I've not taken anything... I love MDMA though, that's my absolute fave!
