Yep. Just had a late lunch at Las Brisas. It’s a typical place. Cheap and good. I like the waitress Kathy too. It’s cool when she sees me or us with a beer n hand. Love that place.

Today I had three meals for the first time in 13 months. I've been doing 2 meals a day, intermittent fasting since November 2023. I feel like I am going to explode.
