Winter's by far my favorite season here, even though I can't swim in the lake. Waking up with that nice cold in the morning is great. Of course, we rarely go lower than 40 here, so it's not really "winter" like you guys are used to.

Except for a few regions to the south, we've never seen snow around here. But the way things are headed, it wouldn't surprise me if we start seeing a bit of it in the next years. This year, many places that hadn't seen snow in more than a century got it again.
