a) use any one of a dozen birth control methods available to them to avoid the pregnancy
b) turn out and vote in local elections when these matters are brought up
c) travel to the areas more favorable to abortions at any stage in the pregnancy prior to becoming pregnant.

I live in a country where my taxes pay for things I don't agree with. I don't get my way on everything. That's the adult world.
