Once you stop replying to his spam, you'll see that he all about covering things up by trying to run interference. I've had him on ignore for a while. It was his non-stop stalking, spamming up my pm box and my wall, using the mod panel to get through the blocks, that I knew this huy was unhinged.

He only stopped when he was told to. But, yeah, Alticus is the only one out here that really makes me feel uncomfortable, from what he's said in the past, there's a very good chance he would try to come find me in Washington, so there's that.
