Just wanted to bring you up to speed. I've contacted the MGM Grand Garden Arena and am working on arranging a place for the bout to take place. I have also booked Michael Buffer should an arrangement and deal is made.
What I need on your end is this:
1. I require a modest cash payment of $90,000 USD
2. I need you pay for a limo to pick me up and drive me to the airport where the first class tickets that you are paying for, will be waiting for me.
3. Not only must you foot the bill for my hotel room and room service, I expect the adult features I view and the escorts I hire to be paid by you as well. A man has needs.
4. I will require five to six massages a day by a female masseuse, and those massages better come with a "Happy Ending".
5. On the morning of the bout I want to a limo waiting for me to take me to the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. I've always wanted to check it out.

I expect that it would be tricky for me. I would have to demonstrate my superiority to you, but not go so far as to be overly cruel.
