Yes of course there are facts that conclusively substantiate the existence of apelike humanoid creatures roaming around in large groups that rip up trees on or near people's properties, that roam and hunt, and live and sleep somewhere, and yet despite high technology satellite imagery and trail cams, doorbell cams and other cams, not a single clear picture has ever been produced (other than fake ones of course), nor has fur, fecal material, bones or corpses discovered despite them supposedly living among us yet we find dinosaur bones from millions of years ago on a regular basis.
As far as Alien Abductions goes, well sure everybody knows there are facts everywhere that explain without a doubt that people are tractor beamed up off the planet on a regular basis, and have numerous tests done on them by creatures from other planets who came here in cloaked spaceships, before being returning the subjects back to the earth, there's no debate about that whatsoever, with you know, all those facts everywhere.
