Politics Forum - CLOSING 1/23 - Going Politics Free​

After much thought, we're going to a no political talk message board as of Saturday 1/23.

I agree with the idea that we come to an off-topic message board to escape reality some and not be slammed with the same daily, tiresome, tedious, depressing divisiveness. There are plenty of political message boards out there, but this isn't our specialty.

We'll deal with the stragglers as they occur.

unless you’re gonna be here 24/7, it will spill into every other thread. Trust me, I dealt with this shit. You can ask all you want for them to keep it to one forum but one will end up fucking that up. Close it for a month and see how it works out. So you want to be an offtopic forum, but make certain subjects forbidden. Well, dude, that makes the forum NOT an offtopic board. You'll miss the goal you want to achieve.

Ban X, Shampain and Breakfail from the forum and see how that will clear up the forum. You'll might find a bunch of new members who now will not even register because of the mess they make of the forum

Simple option: do not ban certain subjects. You will not succeed anyway

And when you do not succeed there are two options:
1. You have to go through the forum like a nazi at least on a daily base and punish people who violate your rules
2. You're a loser and people will not take you serious anymore
