So Lex @The Prowler, I just sold 90% of my gas/oil natural resource stocks todayThere is always a sell off late in the year.
I am selling everything until 2rd quarter results start rolling in.
Then I will only buy back in if the stock prices go up.
Oh, it must be wonderful to be nearing 80 and having your first experience with the stock market.
And yet you're the One who whines all the time in these forums when he loses in the markets Lex @The Prowler .
Well Lex @The Prowler, I got ridda CNQ or Canadian Natural Resources.
Bought some gold stocks instead & immediately the value of the portfolio went up!
Funny how that works, eh?
Gold seems to be the best trade right now.
At least for the time being. However, I'm not sure how that'll last.
Some think that Gold and Gold stocks may have peaked:
Not saying the Guy is Right or Wrong, but others have echoed the same warning. We'll see.
But Oil appears to be down, according to all the MSM reports:
And Oil stocks appear to be stagnant, not goin' anywhere atm.
I may be interested in buying back into CNQ if it dips just a little bit more.CNQ pays a dividend of over 5.5% and has very strong fundamentals.
I would have sold that loser too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
