This incident is somewhat relevant as it pertains to how sex education is taught and how affects students later in life @Dove.

I pointed out in another thread that one major deficiency in the way they are teaching it in the schools is that it doesn't instruct students about the responsibility which goes along with it.

And clearly, this politician couldn't seem to grasp that concept.
Perhaps like Prince Andrew, nobody ever taught him about the social responsibility which goes along with the act/sexual function?

And that's what I pointed out earlier, be it male, female, left or right, we've failed to teach students about their limitations what they can and can't do under the law and the current social climate. And perhaps that's why so many get into trouble later in life.

So the emphasis in sex education ought to have a social responsibility component as well.
