Parents need to enrol their girls in martial arts. In fact, I would like to see martial arts as a mandatory discipline for all girls starting from primary school right through to high school. It just makes perfect sense.

What martial arts will do for her is give her more of a chance to evade her attacker or strike quick in any vital areas that may give her an opening for a quick exit. Thugs often rely on brute strength or weaponry, and knowing how to handle herself in these situations is better than knowing nothing and being a complete victim.
