Only Blue Moon of 2023

A pic taken with my son's mobile phone at the park tonight. Family was together with two telescopes, sitting on camp chairs watching the moon rise. It went from a deep orange low on the horizon to bright yellow finally fading to pure white.

The next Super Blue Moon will not be seen until 2037.

I didn't know it was a super blue moon. Oh boy, I'll be 70! Yikes!

The Harvest moon is breathtaking tonight. Nice and cool out, clear skies...just lovely

I hope some of you got a chance to see it.
