I made the pizza... Turned out quite nice...

That was made with the Italian cheese sasuages...

I wouldn't say they were little though... Averaged about 7 inches long and 30mm thick...

We have several Food Courts with separate venders, in and around town. Ranges from fresh seafood, Italian, Caribbean, Sushi, Chinese, Thai, Mexican. Middle Eastern, etc, etc. Vendors set up in a shack, or trailer. There is always a bar in the middle. Lots of tables and sometimes entertainment. The foods range from excellent to ok. Patrons are not charged the 10% service tax. Really makes it a good deal. Is that happening in the states?

I always tip. Even over the 10% applied in all restaurants. It’s the 23% tourist tax, no one can escape. In other words 33% is added to all meals in every restaurant. @ food courts there isn’t any service, like a waiter.
