First, the story was debunked for a while back in '19-20 and I'm not sure why it's gettin wound up again. If there are new "facts" I ain't heard them yet.

Mostly though, from an evidence standpoint (and I'm sure we all can agree on what "evidence" is, right?) the story of how this laptop got from Hunter Biden's lap into the hands of dirty tricksters seemed to have a lot of very implausible holes and there is no such thing as a "clean" chain of custody or possession in the case of this laptop.

Also there are people (some of them are cops) who are so strong in computer forensics they can hack into a computer from a distance and put "porn" on it as well as other foke documents. I sometimes talk to one of them on the range when I go shooting. Cellphones can also be remotely compromised too.

The benefit system here is unbalanced as fuck, resulting in people being hesitant to work a job they hate which pays peanuts because they're basically no better off than claiming benefits.

I haven't followed Prager, can't say much except he strikes me as a sanitized and smarter Rush Limbaugh type of commentator. I WILL opine though, that the argument is thin because it sweeps up all sorts of malcontented people and tries to toss them into one box. The "leftists" of whom you and he speak are not organized and do not speak with one voice. Some of them are purely anarchists who see politics only as a way to maybe get some money/clout, and every attempt by the Left to get organized always fails over ideology, one way or another.

It was possible in the 2016 cycle for the Dem party to open up and try to get the Old Left back on its side, and they did allow Sanders to function as a sort of Sheep Dog, but their agenda was the coronation of Sweet Hillary and they just weren't interested in any agendas besides their own corporatist, neoLib one. And they came into 2020 with the same old bullshit and really deserved to lose that one also, had it not been for all the people who saw Trumptardism as a greater threat to the nation so they held their noses and voated Dem anyway. But really, the dem party is just as fucked up morally and ideologically as the teapublican party is.

I seriously doubt any judge of any court would allow a single item from the laptop to be introduced into his court as EVIDENCE because no matter how true it might be, it has no legal legitimacy.
