Luckily I'll be reimbursed a portion of that.... Kind of startled me a little, cuz the last time I got glasses, think I paid 150 bucks. DAMN!

Yeah, mine were $350-380. I like my contacts better. When I wear glasses they cause eye strain and give me headaches. Also it feels like something is obstructing my peripheral vision by wearing them.

Have you seen some of them sites online, like glasses direct, I think they’re a bit cheaper , if you have your prescription you choose some, they send them for you to try on, then you just order what you want, might save a few bob..

Same here, I prefer my contacts, better vision. My glasses were expensive too.

What sucks, is a contact prescription only lasts 1 year, and glasses 2.
