A chef friend of mine opened a Food Truck with her equally talented chef hubby, tonight I’ll jaunt down the coast and feast on one of these amazing sounding sandwiches.
“We've been fantasizing about today's menu for Saturday , July 19th, ever since last summer, and it's finally come to reality!!!
We're debuting our new Merguez Sandwich with lamb sourced from our good friend Sara O'Neil of Euchre Creek Farm, transformed into our own handmade sausage, grilled over live charcoal, and served with heirloom tomato salad, hand-cut fries and Donner garlic sauce, on a fresh baked baguette. This is literally "summer on a bun" and the epitome of farm-to-truck awesomeness.
We also have our classic Buffalo Chicken Wings, available by the 1/2 or full dozen, served with market crudite, blue cheese dressing, and hand-cut fries, K-Elotes are back, lush Watermelon Greek Salads, loaded Oregon Strawberry Shortcakes with peak season berries, Wee Peanut Butter Pies with Dark Chocolate Ganache, and Blackberry -Hibiscus Limeade.
Pre-orders start as usual at 2pm by texting your name, order, and desired pickup time to xxx-xxx-xxxx Please wait for a confirmation from us. The window will be open at 3, and first pre-orders ready for pickup around 3:30.
