Dinner with my little brother… 6’3” and not so little, but younger none the less…

Japanese seasoning… no tariffs because he smuggled 5 bags back. I could sell a hard/semi soft boiled egg for $37 here with a sprinkle of this seasoning if we don’t snort it all first lol

I made green enchilada's last night with left over Pork shoulder. I made it a tad too spicy, but the sour cream mellowed it out

We still have Boletes popping up. It’s been an unreal year for mushrooms. Even found some Psylocibin shrooms that topped off the day last week. The weather has been clear and cold, with lots of fall shade. Gold and black chanterelles will start showing soon.

Made a deluxe salad for work.... lots of veggies and proteins mixed through it. Ended up not feeling like eating it. Had a few handfuls of cashews and goji batteries, and a small packet of skyflakes instead.... and like 5 espressos.

Foraged for mushrooms yesterday. Found 6 nice Porchinis and 10 pounds of black chanterelles .
Today we dug 100 clams on Tómalas bay. It’s amazing the fine rare foods one can pick up for free. It’s fun too.
