Interesting article. I've been following this stuff for a long time (only official sightings, etc. None of the woo woo stuff). Project Blue Book was a fascinating bit of history. Clearly, when senators and presidents start openly talking about it, that's an indicator they've decided to start letting us in on some of their secrets. I am convinced they are doing that because something that they cannot keep secret is in the works and soon to be unveiled. They are preparing us so we won't be shocked when it happens.

...and they likely don't need our resources or have to steal them either since they can get them from some other planet which is uninhabited (like Mars) or from some asteroid.

I downloaded those from Gutenberg Press...

There was a similar thing regarding the Titanic before it sank.

I think like....12 years(?) prior, there was a book with a ship called The Titan that sank the same way. Little details all lined up.

It's either time travel or clairvoyance. Its bizarre for sure.
