I didn't manage to go out and catch any spiny lobster this season. Which really sucks as I like to hoop net a few bugs as they taste so damn good. I cut them in half length wise, put them on the BBQ, cut side down on high heat for a minute or two just to get a bit of char on the meat, then flip them over (shell side down), turn the heat down, and baste them in a mix of melted butter, garlic, chopped parsley, and a splash of chardonnay wine.
