Given all the randomly assigned member groups, some with moderator permissions in various areas of the forum, and the lack of a single shred of evidence that Fred has done one iota of moderating, my vote is that it's just another troll which is perfectly in line with all the other crap that happens on this forum.

In fact I was a moderator for the past week despite not asking for it nor being informed of the position.

After moderating posts for an hour it got boring.

Thankless fucking job especially on a forum like this one that has about a half a dozen regulars and a few dozen alts.

Still too cold to swim. I walked my dog this morning for an hour or so including along the beach. Last vacation was a month long trip back to the US and involved a lot of traveling up and down the SE coast of Florida scuba diving, a theme parkl (Epcot), Kennedy Space Center and seeing a couple of old friends.

Next trip in a month is to Africa to do a safari with a private tour guide.

House is fully renovated and there isn't much to do.

So I'm in a sort of lazy ass mood, and here I am.

I think it's funny how @Bastard Factory messed up and accidentally gave a bunch of members SB posting permissions because he put them in a membergroup that had permissions he overlooked and neglected to remove.

I know that Bastard Factory is not very familiar with the forum Admin panel, he said as much when he assigned me to yet another member group (the one with the brown user ID) and admitted he didn't know what permissions that group was lacking when I complained about the posting limitatations.

Are you painting a picture of incompetence? What if you're wrong? What if you're wrong about a few of your insinuations? Do you stfu or continue being wrong next week? Don't worry what I'm doing... don't act like you know... I've been roaming the admin panel for 19 years and pretty sure I got it down. I just don't code because I'm not a nerd. That's what I said. You overlooked the SB permissions in your haste to screw around with the members and throw them into a fake moderator group that wasn't actually fake.

When you realized you had missed the SB editing permissions you left it there to see what would happen.

No intent to offend. When you put me into that "shit" user group and I had limited permissions you stated as much- that you didn't know what permissions were available in some of these lesser or unused groups. Those were your words, not mine. It doesn't mean you're a "bad" forum administrator in fact things run fairly well here for the most part.

All I know is that Fred lied to me so many times I stopped counting. That's why I stepped down. I don't trust her. Mods are supposed to be down with the united front deal.
