@Joe is an old man. He should not even have to worry about finances at his age. He planned poorly and that is why he has to worry so much at his advanced age.

that's why I think there may be some good deals comin if investors start to bail in Canada which they seem to be lately

I planned well so I could semi retire in my 40's and be fully retired before I hit 55. My wife could retire when she was 47. Senile @Joe is nearing 80 and he still has to work shitty jobs just to get by...

I think in long term real estate is a good investment particularly if the market is weak and quite possibly ready to take a dive.
