I planned well so I could semi retire in my 40's and be fully retired before I hit 55. My wife could retire when she was 47. Senile @Joe is nearing 80 and he still has to work shitty jobs just to get by...

@Joe Australian building codes are of a higher standard than either Canada or America. Real Estate prices have been pumped up ever since the whole world has started immigrating here.
