Apparently, this individual got it in January, got an infection in the lungs and has blood clots.
Now in the hospital in a coma.
This happened in Vancouver, Canada.
Their spouse who also got COVID but not as bad, set up goFundMe effort.
Listened to the details on a podcast, and it isn't pretty.
I think they raised $1000 today tho.
So long story short...COVID is very real...it is not the flu..it is potentially very deadly & can kill you.
Accounts of those who've come down with it are not bullshit.
Not even sure if this person will make it, and if they do, wil likely be disabled requiring long term care for the rest of their life.
