I think your religion, Church or its followers project a lot of guilt on you @Dove y. I think they make you feel guilt ridden.
Whereas I'm rather impartial & non judgemental. But same time I'm secular & not terribly religious. Tho I believe there are spirits and supernatural forces around us.
If you feel you made a mistake, accept it and move on. Everyone is entitled to 1 in their life. I believe another poster here said she had an abortion but just moved on.
