We opted out and will be doing our taxes as usual during tax time. We dont want to end up with a bill.
We are good getting what we are supposed to get during tax season when we just get it in a lump. I totally agree with you that its money that's taken from us anyway so it SHOULD be given back, we just want to avoid the possibility of owing later.

They are sending it in monthly payments. So by the time its tax season they may have sent you more than you were owed.
