I use magnet links. I tried the straight download but a window pops up telling me I need to use a "free" VPN in order to download. No matter what VPN I try it denies me.

I use Proton software myself. I tried using the VPN but not much difference. I've actually found what I thought was a crumby VPN that works. lol It's called Setup VPN. It's an extension for Chrome. It takes around 15 seconds to retrieve the metadata but other than that it works. Thank you for taking the time to help me though.
