Salaried workers are exempt and enjoy a flexibility in work hours that would be lost as employers would shift those jobs to hourly with a set work period.

Yes.....you're right 2.5%.......folk that perhaps took a job that provided flexible hours like perhaps a mother with a child that can work at her schedule.......that would potentially go away under Bidumb's regulation.
No there is nothing saying that these jobs have overtime requirements, but ifcthe potential for overtime existed, flex time would not be an option and the workers may lose out on a situation that fits their needs.
