We aren't scared of spiders but this large one dropping literally 6 inches away from my face was a bit too close for my liking, I'm sorry to say....
I’ll put the spiders aside and clean out their webs so they don’t look too grubby.
All the native wasps have a place too. My wife draws the line with mud wasps inside though.
If I walk outside the birds and various wildlife feel comfortable. Several bird species will eat out of my hand.
I am one with nature…even the snails get a feed or a free flight over to the bush.
I have a good ecosystem happening in the backyard. Frogs breeding in the ponds as well as dragonflies. I have yabbies eating vegetable scrap and a creek full of mullet and bream that feed off the other dinner scraps. I’ve actually stopped fishing out back because I feel for the fish now.
When I get my own land I’m going full permaculture!
Life is good…
