Eh. No. Look how the frame of your sunglasses starts to slightly degrade at the bridge of your nose. That's the same effect you get from a green screen and heavily filtered pictures. The sunglasses almost look fake but it looks like you've changed the size of your nose or applied a filter to hide your rampant herpes on your face.
Also another sign you're using a filter is that the reflection of the building is quite clear, yet your nostrils get blurry the higher up you look which is an automatic tell of heavy filters being used. How is the building reflection clearer than your nostrils if you're closer to them than the building in the reflection?
Lastly, your right ear becomes blurry when in fact we should be able to see all the lines and shape of your ear clearly. To demonstrate this I've included a filter free selfie.
